Service Offerings

Our comprehensive advising packages are focused on meeting your unique college advising needs. The three packages below are created to provide college guidance in a targeted manner. Focused Time Blocks can be added to expand our advising options. We can also utilize Focused Time Blocks to begin college planning as early as your child’s freshman and sophomore years.


College List Creation

This package only focuses on creating the college list and giving the student an aerial view of their college planning process. This service includes:

  • Comprehensive meeting with student and parents to determine college preference

  • Review of transcript(s), SAT/ACT scores, and resume

  • Career assessment and introduction to career research resources

  • Advice on course selection

  • Materials on potential majors 

  • General overview of the college application process

  • Guidance for the college visit and interview process

  • Advice for college research 

  • Provide a packet of recommended colleges tailored specifically for the student



Application Process Package

This package is for students who already know what they would like to study and the college(s) that they want to apply to. Students who use this package are only seeking guidance and support for the application process

  • Up to a total of 12 meetings with student and/or parents, including essay and application review sessions

  • Comprehensive meeting with student and parents to determine college preferences

  • Review of transcripts, SAT/ACT scores, and resume

  • Planning timeline for the application process

  • Essay brainstorming

  • Review college applications and essays for a maximum of 3 colleges; additional applications will incur a fee of $300 per college. 

  • Guidance for the college visit and interview process

  • Recommendations for extracurricular activities and academic experiences

  • Organizational help for the college search and application process

 


Comprehensive Service Package

Includes all services in the packages listed above plus:

  • An average of 18 meetings with student and/or parents, including essay and application review sessions

  • Review of college applications and essays for a maximum of 10 colleges; additional applications will incur a fee of $250 per college. 

  • Guidance regarding financial aid and anticipated college cost of attendance

  • Decision making support with college acceptance offers

  • Discussion of activities, fellowships, and co-curricular opportunities available during and after college graduation
